Placement Classes are free, and are used to determine the the best level for you to attend. After taking a placement class, your instructor will inform you as to which classes have openings. If you would like to transfer as an intermediate or advanced dancer, please email: dancewestinfo@gmail.com

TUITION/DONATION: A registration form and a fee of $25 is required for attendance.

New students may start at any time during our instructional year.

Single class rate: $17

Monthly Rates are a discounted rate, based on attendance for the entire year. Your monthly tuition remains the same regardless of whether it is a 5 week month, or a shortened month due to holidays or vacations.

$ 57 – 1 class per week
$ 97 – 2 classes per week
$ 122 – 3 classes per week
$ 145 – 4 classes per week
$ 170 – 5 classes per week
$ 195 – 6 classes per week
$ 220 – Unlimited monthly rate

Private Lesson Rates:
$35 – ½ hour private instruction
$25 – ½ hour semi private (per person)

Additional immediate family members may deduct $10 from their monthly tuition.
An additional immediate family member may be added to the unlimited monthly rate for $45.

Male siblings, of active girl dancers, may take any appropriate level dance class for free. Funding has been provided to increase male participation in dance, and upon demonstration of exemplary attitude and effort, a full scholarships will be awarded to male dancers at The Dance West Dance Studio. (We reserve the right to refuse service based on what we consider to be poor conduct in class.)

Payment Policy: We accept 3 Methods of Payment.
Cash and Checks are preferred. A 2.75 % service fee is charged for credit and debit Cards.

Tuition is due before the 7th of each calendar month.
A $10 late fee will be assessed on the 7th of each calendar month.
There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks.
Tuition is non-refundable.
Tuition will not be pro-rated or credited for missed classes.
In order to to receive a make-up class, students must email or text 24 hours prior to a class the they miss.
A make-up class must be taken within 30 days of issuance.

Please Be On Time To Class: If you are late, enter the classroom quietly and warm up on the outer edge of the classroom. Politely wait for the instructor to make a gesture indicating that you may join the class. * Please do not enter the class if you are more than 15 minutes late.

Dress Code: Dance attire colors are optional in open classes.
Dance attire must match the style of the class taken.
Dance Team and Academy members will be given a separate handout, with specific requirements.
