Studio dimensions: Studio A, 42×40 feet – Studio B, 35×25 feet
Studio A may also be used for in-studio performances, seating 80 people approximately.

$35 Studio A / $30 Studio B = One hour rental.
$30 Studio A / $25 Studio B = One hour rental, for long term renters.
Off hours: Any time, not listed above.
$30 Studio A / $25 Studio B = One hour rental.
$25 Studio A / $20 Studio B = One hour rental, for long term renters.
$5 = One hour of air conditioning.
$25 per half hour, will be charged, if the studio or lobby requires cleaning after usage.
Renters are required to maintain insurance for themselves, guests, and customers.
